Welcome to Tech2Fast. By accessing our website, enrolling in any of our online courses or programs, or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before purchasing or participating in any Tech2Fast program.

1. Online Course Enrollment

All Tech2Fast courses and programs are conducted entirely online through live virtual sessions and digital learning platforms.

Enrollment is confirmed only after successful payment. Students are responsible for providing accurate registration information and ensuring they have a reliable internet connection, a compatible device, and the required software to participate in online sessions.

Tech2Fast reserves the right to refuse or cancel enrollment if false or misleading information is provided.

2. Payment Policy

• Full payment is required to confirm enrollment unless an approved installment option is available.
• Course fees are non-transferable.
• Prices, promotional offers, scholarships, and discounts may change without prior notice.
• Payments must be made using the payment methods available on the Tech2Fast website.

3. Refund Policy

Tech2Fast is committed to maintaining a fair and transparent refund policy.

• Students may request a refund within seven (7) days of purchase or enrollment, provided the request is made before the course or program begins. Approved refunds under this policy will incur a 20% administrative and payment processing fee, and 80% of the total course fee will be refunded.
• If a refund request is submitted at least twenty-four (24) hours before the scheduled start of the course or program, but does not qualify under the 7-day policy above, the student will be eligible for a 50% refund of the total course fee.
• No refund will be issued if:
  
  • The request is made less than 24 hours before the course or program begins.
  • The course or program has already started.
  • The student has attended any live class or accessed learning materials, recordings, or resources.
• Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method within 7–14 business days, depending on the payment provider.
• Refund requests must be submitted by email to hello@tech2fast.com with the student’s name, registered email address, course name, and reason for the request.

Tech2Fast reserves the right to verify all refund requests before approval.

4. Live Class Policy

• Students are expected to join scheduled live sessions on time.
• A stable internet connection and suitable learning environment are the student’s responsibility.
• Session recordings may be provided where available; however, recordings are not guaranteed for every course or session.
• Tech2Fast reserves the right to reschedule, postpone, or cancel any session due to technical issues, instructor availability, or unforeseen circumstances.

5. Student Code of Conduct

To ensure a positive learning environment, all students agree to:

• Treat instructors, mentors, staff, and fellow learners with respect.
• Maintain professional and appropriate behavior during classes.
• Avoid abusive, offensive, discriminatory, or disruptive conduct.
• Refrain from sharing meeting links with unauthorized individuals.
• Not record, reproduce, distribute, or publicly share live sessions without prior written permission from Tech2Fast.

Failure to comply with these guidelines may result in suspension or permanent removal from the course without refund.

6. Certificates

Certificates of Completion may be awarded to students who successfully complete all required course components, including attendance, assignments, projects, assessments, or any other completion criteria specified for the program.

Tech2Fast reserves the right to verify successful completion before issuing any certificate.

7. Media Recording & Consent

To maintain educational quality and improve our services, Tech2Fast reserves the right to record any live online class, webinar, workshop, mentorship session, event, or other educational activity conducted through its platform.

By enrolling in a Tech2Fast course or program, you acknowledge and agree that your name, voice, image, video, screen sharing, chat messages, assignments, presentations, and other participation may be included in such recordings.

You grant Tech2Fast permission to use, reproduce, edit, publish, display, distribute, and share these recordings, photographs, screenshots, testimonials, and other media for educational, training, quality assurance, marketing, promotional, and commercial purposes through websites, social media platforms, advertisements, presentations, brochures, and other digital or print media, where permitted by applicable law.

You understand and agree that no compensation, royalty, or payment shall be due for the use of such materials.

8. Changes to Courses & Services

Tech2Fast continuously updates and improves its programs.

We reserve the right to:

• Update course content and curriculum.
• Modify schedules and session timings.
• Change instructors or mentors.
• Introduce new learning resources and technologies.
• Cancel, postpone, or merge courses where necessary.

Students will be informed of significant changes whenever reasonably possible.

9. Limitation of Liability

Tech2Fast provides educational services, mentorship, and career guidance. However, enrollment in our programs does not guarantee employment, internships, salary increases, admissions, certifications from third parties, or any specific career outcome.

Student success depends on individual effort, participation, dedication, and continuous learning.
